Joulesave Ltd to donate 20p to Age UK for every panel sold

The UK’s leading producer of fixed DIY energy saving radiator panels, HEATKEEPER®, has committed to supporting Age UK by donating 20 pence for every panel sold through the website during December and January. The family owned and managed UK business, whose customers include British Gas and Islington Council, has decided to support the charity in the wake of escalating energy prices and the rising cost of living.
Bob Shire, Director at Joulesave Ltd, comments: “Having experienced first-hand how difficult it can be for the elderly, particularly during Christmas, our decision to support Age UK will go some way to raise funds for a charity that has a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families throughout the UK on a daily basis. “It’s very easy for businesses to focus on growth and profit and overlook some of the more important aspects of everyday life. We hope that the money we raise will be able to make a difference and play a part in helping Age UK to continue their good work.”
Age UK, which is committed to supporting a world in which older people flourish, is the result of a union between Age Concern and Help the Aged. The charity aims to improve later life for everyone through its information and advice, campaigns, products, training and research.
